Prospectors' Days
Once a rootin’ tootin’ celebration where hard living prospectors blew off steam, Republic, Washington’s, Prospectors’ Days is now an annual, three-day, family-friendly celebration of the area’s gold mining heritage.
Held on Clark Ave. and in Patterson Park, in downtown Republic, event highlights include a charming small-town parade; the Gold Rush Run (10K and 3.7K courses); live music, vendors and concessions in Patterson Park; Can Can girls; a best beard contest; talent contests; 3 on 3 basketball contests; a mock Old West shoot out; and children’s games.
