Outdoor dining with a lake view. The Snack Shack at Fisherman’s Cove Resort is a seasonal favorite. With delightful views of Curlew Lake, the resort’s marina, and the surrounding mountains, the outdoor restaurant serves breakfast and lunch daily  from the first week of May through fall. They serve up all-day, full-on breakfasts, and 1950s-style menu choices like deluxe cheese burgers and crispy fries. For dessert, indulge yourself with soft-serve ice cream, milk shakes, sundaes, cones, ice cream bars, and blizzard-style desserts. Their drink menu includes soft drinks, hot and iced lattes and mochas, smoothies, and Italian sodas. They also have a small, adjacent convenience store. The Snack Shack is just off Hwy 21 on Kiwanis Road (watch for the signs).
